Job Description:
- Effectively communication with team members, trainers and management.
- Liaison with all stake holders & Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and reports on them using HR Analytics.
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Developing and delivering training sessions for SBDM and upper tier.
- Allocation of a new resource based on performance data base Data Analytics.
- Ensure exhibition of organization values & integrity.
- Maintain the Monthly departmental report.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification Graduation (Minimum)
- Experience Minimum 3+ Years
- Job Specific Skills Energetic, Presentable and content oriented. Positive Attitude.
- Competencies Must have managerial experience of 3 years with TTT Certification.
