Job Brief:
Zameen.com is looking to hire an experienced professional for its ‘Manager Recovery & Customer Services’ post based at Multan. The candidate will be leading a team of Recovery/Relationship Officers to ensure installment recoveries on the assigned projects. He/She will also be responsible to preserve customer relationships and will maintain recovery pipeline for visibility of expected inward cash flows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly cash flows in terms of installment recoveries for all the regional projects.
- Leading Documentation unit of Property Management for timely processing of agreements and working closely with Sales to ensure efficiency.
- Keeping a follow up on construction progress through relevant construction teams.
- Working closely with Legal, Marketing & Procurement teams in carrying out the agreement preparation for different projects.
- Liaison with Litigation team for any legal disputes with customers.
- Coordination with Finance & Treasury to minimize the delays in payment realization in Developers accounts.
- Close coordination with Finance for settlement of refunds.
- Ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Timely processing of Sale Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
- Ensuring Cash Flows against monthly due installments as per payment plans Assigning projects to Recovery & CS teams.
- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders from inception to completion of assigned projects.
- Any other task assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Master's or equivalent
- Experience: 8-10 Years of relevant experience with 4 years of Managerial role experience.
- Location: Multan
Hands on experience on Microsoft Office Suite especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Candidate should have strong analytical skills & ability to work with large sets of Data is preferred. Candidate must have exceptional communication & presentation skills.
