The Manager Leasing is responsible for leading the Management and Brand Acquisition functions within the mall, ensuring smooth operations and successful leasing strategies. This role involves building and managing a dedicated team, fostering relationships with vendors and retail brands, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize tenant satisfaction and financial performance. The Manager plays a key role in promoting the property and ensuring its operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

Mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance in their respective functions.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.

Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with various vendors, retail brands, and partners.

Identify and evaluate potential tenants, conducting background and credit checks to ensure they are qualified.

Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates and contract conditions, to achieve favorable outcomes for both the tenant and the company.

Determine Return on Investment (ROI) for tenants and unit holders, ensuring effective negotiation of leasing terms.

Manage the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and registration fees, following up on any outstanding amounts.

Keep tenants informed of any contract changes or upcoming issues, working proactively to ensure tenant retention.

Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the Company’s income through existing and potential new clients to target, initiate and develop business relationship

Negotiate the terms of lease agreements, Manage partnership with both the clients and the tenants.

Works in a highly collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the value proposition.

Professionally represent the Company before brands and partners for business development/ acquisition.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop a tenant/client mix that meets the company's revenue targets and objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote the property unit and attract potential tenants.

Engage with the social media team for the promotion of Mall 35, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Provide support in overseeing the mall’s operational matters, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
