Job Description: The Position holder is responsible for supporting office operations and acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients. or ensuring that floor is well managed and properly maintained. This roll also requires a reliable and proactive individual to own responsibilities and provide necessary support to the staff members for smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities: The Front desk officer shall have the following responsibilities:

Providing the best internal & external guest experience:

- To provide the best possible front-end floor experience to all employees, visitors, clients & guests in ensuring projection of the best professional image of the company.

General Administration:

- Management of protocols

- Supervision of Housekeeping tasks

- Courier management

- In house meetings & events management

- Continues coordination with concern departments

- Reporting time 15minutes earlier before staff members.

Inventory & Record Maintaining:

- Maintaining Attendance sheet of support staff

- Maintaining Stock Issuance record

- Maintaining Genset and Electric Meter Sheet

- Maintaining Qarshi water supply sheet

- Daily Headcount sheet

- Floor Equipment Management

- Maintaining Guest/visitor’s sheet

- Maintaining Dispatch sheet

- Gate passes record / incoming postage

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field.

Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of basic office equipment, including phones and printers.

Ability to perform various office tasks such as filing and organizing.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
