Job Responsibilities

  • To follow training calendar and deliver assigned sessions as per plan of new hire batch
  • Deliver Trainings to New Hire Conducting Assessment Centers for the new induction
  • Ensure content is delivered in its true essence and learning objectives are achieved
  • Propose changes in process or performance evaluation
  • Keep training material and content up-to-date
  • Ensure assessments and feedbacks are handed over to data analyst with complete confidentiality
  • Propose any changes that is required in training material or content
  • Any other relevant tasks that are assigned under normal course of business
  • Taking Training Feedback at the end of every session.
  • 10. Content Feedback at the end of every session
  • Ensure exhibition of organization values & integrity

Job Requirements:

  • Location: Lahore
  • Education: Graduation or Above
  • Experience: 1 Years of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
