Job Brief:
As a 'Assistant Manager Business Development’, you will be responsible for selling property units, paying visits to clients, generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
- Manage, train, and develop the sales team.
- Attain established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Keep buyers updated as to construction start and completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing.
- Track team performance metrics such as sales revenue, customers, sales associate productivity, etc.
- Actively participate in community activities, local and state board of realtors so that the company will be viewed in the best possible light by clients, sales associates, competitors, and the public within the branch office location.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- Able to positively influence and engage clients, generating interest and enthusiasm for the business line.
- Passionate about sales. The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
