Job Brief:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be custodian of Talent Acquisition Process- the individual shall be responsible to liaison with operations department and fill the vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage Full recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.

- Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract the best talent available for bulk hiring.

- Liaison with the University career offices to develop a pool of candidates.

- Teaming up with stakeholders to plan the recruitment.

- Liaison with the hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements.

- Liaison with the regional HRBPs to plan interviews as per the HC requirements.

- Develop hiring reports on weekly basis to share with the management.

Requirements:-

- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.

- Passionate about Recruitment.

- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment with at least 1 year of experience in batch hiring.
